Shaman Glazulg told me his clan had a hand in the Silvenars alleged kidnapping by the Hound. With the Green Lady off to confront the Hound in the town of Silvenar, I should search around for any sign of or his capture.

Shaman Glazulg: All this is my fault. My flesh and blood, dead. Because I wouldn't listen. But, that's not your concern. Will you go after the Silvenar next?
Hero: Do you know where he's been taken? Goodbye.
Shaman Glazulg: Jathsogur. That's where the chieftain sent our warriors to lie in wait. If the Silvenar's held by our clan, he will be there.
Hero: Then I'll look there first.

The Silvenar: Magicka binds my spirit to this place. I can't even see my captors. Locate the ambassadors who survived the attack. They can help you find me.
