Text of the Quest:

Lifting the Veil I've arrived in Skywatch to find it abuzz about a festival. Razum-dar also awaits my presence at the royal manse. I need to find Razum-dar at the royal manse.

Captain Tendil: It's great to meet you at the gate again. Just like the last time!
Hero: Sorry, what?
Captain Tendil: Oh, it's no trouble at all. Our mutual Khajiit friend said he was happy to meet you. The Festival—the High Kinlady's veneration ceremony. It's all very exciting!
Hero: Our mutual Khajiit friend? Razum-dar?
Captain Tendil: Exactly! Up at the manse. He's eager to discuss all the things you'll do on your visit to Skywatch. Should be a lot of fun. Enjoy your time in the city.
Hero: I'll head to the manse and look for Raz.
Captain Tendil: Good luck. If you need us, the Marines have your back.
Hero: There's a festival going on?
Captain Tendil: Stars, yes! The Festival of Defiance. An annual celebration of freedom and victory. Skywatch, retaken from the Sload, in the wake of the Thrassian gambit.
Hero: What's a Sload?
Captain Tendil: You know how the Khajiit are like mer, but cats? Imagine that, only with slug-toad things. They're a Betmer race, beast mer, and their empire once ruled the seas of southern Tamriel.
Hero: You mentioned High Kinlady Estre?
Captain Tendil: Queen Ayrenn has come to town, as part of her tour. While she's here, the rumor is that she's going to bestow a great honor upon Estre. Estre's already the Canonreeve of Skywatch. Be interesting to see what's next!

Skywatch Noble: Looking for Razum-dar? Follow th—me.
Hero: Who are you?
Skywatch Noble: Just follow.

Razum-dar: Perhaps now you recognize Razum-dar, yes?
Hero: Why the disguise?
Razum-dar: Skywatch is a dangerous town—today, of all days. You know of the festival? Estre's ceremony, yes?
Hero: What's the ceremony about?
Razum-dar: To cement their relationship, the Queen plans to elevate Estre within the Thalmor. Everything must be perfect.
Hero: So what's the catch?
Razum-dar: The Heritance. Raz has word the Veil has fallen on Skywatch. They plan to attack the royalty, make a statement. We need someone to find the cell and snuff it out. And by someone, Raz means you.
Hero: Of course.
Razum-dar: It is a pleasure working beside you, my friend. Start at the Barbed Hook tavern, down by the docks. Use the phrase, 'The wine here is made with Alik'r grapes." Raz is certain that will get you somewhere.
Hero: Anything else?
Razum-dar: Take the earring Raz used to disguise himself. We don't want anyone to recognize you.
Hero: I'll get it done, Raz.

Maldetuile: Yes, lowborn? What can I do for you?
Hero: Just so you know, the wine here is made with Alik'r grapes.
Maldetuile: I'm married. Remove yourself from my presence.

Camalanwe: Stars, make it quick. I'm waiting for someone.
Hero: I think the wine here is made with Alik'r grapes.
Camalanwe: And I think you need to get gone before I show you the back of my hand.

Narandor: What could you possibly want?
Hero: Did you know the wine here is made with Alik'r grapes?
Narandor: You should probably walk away now.

Eraaman: Hey there! I'll—I'll have another.
Hero: I heard somewhere that the wine is made with Alik'r grapes.
Eraaman: Sure! I'll have some wine. Maybe a cheese plate, too.

Siltamaire: Don't... Don't I know you?
Hero: Are you aware the wine here is made with Alik'r grapes?
Siltamaire: Gosh you're cute. But I have no idea what you're talking about.

Palomir: He stares coldly at you.
Hero: Uh, the wine here is made with Alik'r grapes?
Palomir: Ah! A patriot! Let me get a look at you.
Hero: I'm here to join the cause.
Palomir: You look about right. Stars, yes! You might be just the right type. We'll need to test you first. If you've been around Skywatch at all today, you've seen the Royal Guard. Right?
Hero: Yes.
Palomir: They're in the way. End the threat they represent to our cause. Return with a blade and we'll move on to the next step.

Royal Bodyguard: State your business.
Hero: I need your sword. Hand it over.
Royal Bodyguard: Get out of here. Another word and I'll have to bring you to a magistrate.
Hero: [Intimidate] Listen, I really need this blade. And you do not want to cross me right now.
Royal Bodyguard: Hold on, hold on! Just take it. I'm here to guard the Queen, not fight every maniac in the street.

Palomir: He stares coldly at you.
Hero: Do you want me to say that wine thing again? Or do you just want the sword?
Palomir: I'm impressed. As I expected, you're not just recruit material. You could be an officer. Let's drink a toast to your health!
Hero: Bottoms up.

Palomir: It's about time. You're heavier than you look.
Hero: What's going on?
Palomir: Welcome to the Veiled Isle. You're just off the coast of Skywatch. Our own private training ground. You've been chosen to join. A cut above—an officer of the Veiled Heritance.
Hero: I'm ready. What do I have to do?
Palomir: You can see the black soul gem here. Place your hand on it. Good. You can come and go all you want. But first—you take the oath. Be sure you want this. You commit your immortal soul with this pledge.
Hero: My soul, huh? I'm ready. Go ahead.
Palomir: Repeat after me. I pledge my life and soul to the Heritance and the Veiled Queen.
Hero: [Lie] I pledge my life and soul to the Heritance and the Veiled Queen.
