Blinding Light is Templar’s ability that you can master if you specialize in using spells from Dawn’s Wrath school. This debuff influences all enemies in a certain range making them miss all attacks. Enemies also have chance to be set off balance on miss. It is a very good spell to interrupt all physical attacks of a group of targets.
If an enemy Templar uses Blinding Light against you, do not try to attack him with your physical attacks. You will miss anyway. Better try to stun the enemy and wait until the effect disappears.
